Job summary

Eden Park At Ironwood Apartments in Gainesville, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, make‑readies, preventive maintenance and capital projects for the community.

Under the guidance of the Property Manager, you will manage maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, and monitor safety and budgets while ensuring high quality work and strong communication with residents and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in general maintenance and at least 1 year in multi-family, industrial, or institutional settings.
• Ability to supervise and train maintenance staff and coordinate with a Property Manager.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules maintenance activities for the apartment community and staff.
• Coordinate service requests, prioritize repairs, and monitor progress to limit callbacks.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and oversee make-readies.
• Provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist with budget input and inventory for maintenance supplies.
