Job summary

Join The NRP Group as a Maintenance Technician at The Markson community in Austin, TX. This role involves performing general maintenance and housekeeping services to enhance curb appeal and ensure the quality of apartment homes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• CFC Universal Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials.
• Carry out maintenance aspects in Maintenance Supervisor's absence.
• Complete all service requests according to company standards.
