Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the apartment community's maintenance and repair services, ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and turns.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in apartment maintenance, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a CFC certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification; 5+ years of apartment-maintenance experience.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office; Yardi preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community; schedule preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records for reporting per NRP policy.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations; manage inventories.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate contracted services.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies and property staffing.
