P.B. Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Scottsdale, AZ.

The role leads the maintenance team to keep apartments, common areas, and amenities in top condition, handling turns and service requests with a focus on safety and curb appeal. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience and previous supervisory duties, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Must possess a complete set of hand tools for facility work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and assign daily tasks to meet property goals.
• Ensure apartments, buildings, and amenities are maintained in excellent condition.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turns) promptly.
• Respond to service requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
