P.B. Bell Property Management Company seeks a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a premier high-rise in Downtown Phoenix. Lead the on-site maintenance team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure apartments, common areas, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

A hands-on leader with building systems knowledge will thrive. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in apartment maintenance with supervisory experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and boiler operations.
• High-rise building experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of the property.
• Coordinate and complete service requests promptly with high customer service.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Train, schedule, develop, and manage maintenance team members.
• Set priorities and delegate tasks to meet property goals.
• Coordinate on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance response and uphold safety standards.
