Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure timely maintenance.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
• Manage work orders, priorities, and resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement long‑term fixes.
• Maintain maintenance records and report status.
• Train staff on skills and safety.
