About the Role:
The Supervisor - Maintenance Manufacturing plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities that minimize downtime and maximize production output. The supervisor will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage resources, and implement safety and quality standards to support manufacturing goals.
