Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a manufacturing setting. You will manage preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair production equipment, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to keep operations running smoothly, mentor staff, and uphold FDA/GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Background in a manufacturing environment (FDA/GMP preferred).
• Strong leadership: set expectations, follow through, and lead by example.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems (24V-480V).
• Ability to diagnose issues (motors, VFDs, PLCs).
• Reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians (~15) to drive safety, quality, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers).
• Own and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement real solutions.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach and develop the team; enforce accountability.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and safety standards.
