You will manage a team of about 15 technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, troubleshoot production equipment, and drive safety, quality, and uptime while ensuring compliance with FDA/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a maintenance team in manufacturing.
• Background in a manufacturing environment (FDA/GMP preferred).
• Strong leadership, accountability, and communication.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Welding, fabrication, or machining skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team of ~15 technicians to ensure safety, quality, and uptime.
• Plan, schedule, and troubleshoot production equipment (fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers).
• Own and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement durable solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable.
