ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. in Auburn, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility. You will supervise day and night shifts, ensure safety and equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on leadership style.

The role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, working with outside vendors, maintaining records, and mentoring technicians. Competitive pay ($100,000–$115,000 DOE) and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• AOS degree (2 years) in technical discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 3 years factory maintenance experience.
• Familiar with blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical processes.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed and updated.
• Install and maintain equipment for operational efficiency.
• Assign technicians based on urgency and resources.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team and manage personnel decisions.

Essential Duties and Tasks

This position is primarily a day-shift position but will supervise employees on both day and night shifts, necessitating some amount of off-shift presence in the plant. Additionally, the nature of the work requires some amount of phone calls and urgent call-ins after hours and at times, on weekends.

• Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety protocols. Implement and review safety policies and standards.
• Ensure timely installation and upkeep of equipment and systems for operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Assign technicians based on operational requirements, prioritizing based on urgency, and availability of resources, materials and equipment
• Manage, lead, mentor, train and supervise department team members including all personnel decisions, key metrics, and performance.
• Interact effectively with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and timing with affected teams working closely with leadership from other areas.
• Ensure maintenance of records and documentation meets requirements and regulations
• Conducts root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements fix or changes.
• Ensure timely inspections.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• AOS degree (2 years) in technical discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role preferred
• At least 3 factory maintenance experience
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical processes related to manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Strong command of English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00a-2:00p

Pay Range: DOE $100,000-115,000
