ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is seeking a detail oriented, eager, and positive Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing for our Auburn, WA facility. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes safety, equipment reliability, and team leadership.

You will supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, implement preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• 3+ years of factory maintenance experience.
• Familiar with blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols meet or exceed standards.
• Oversee timely installation and upkeep of equipment and systems.
• Assign technicians based on urgency and resources.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise department team members.
• Collaborate with outside vendors for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with other teams.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Ensure timely inspections.

Essential Duties and Tasks

This position is primarily a day-shift position but willsupervise employees on both day and nightshifts,necessitatingsome amount ofoff-shiftpresence in the plant.Additionally,the nature of the workrequires some amount of phone callsandurgent call-insafter hours and at times, on weekends.

• Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety protocols.Implement and review safety policies and standards.
• Ensuretimelyinstallation and upkeep ofequipmentand systems for operational effectivenessand efficiency
• Assign technicians based on operational requirements,prioritizingbased on urgency, and availability of resources,materialsand equipment
• Manage, lead, mentor,train and supervisedepartment team membersincluding all personnel decisions, key metrics, and performance.
• Interact effectivelywith outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
• Coordinatepreventive maintenance tasks and timing with affected teams working closely with leadership from other areas.
• Ensure maintenance of records and documentation meets requirements and regulations
• Conducts root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements fix or changes.
• Ensuretimelyinspections.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• AOS degree (2 years) in technicaldisciplinepreferred.
• At least2years’experience in a supervisory rolepreferred
• At least 3 factory maintenance experience
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical,electronicand mechanical processes relatedtomanufacturing.
• Strong command of English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00a-2:00p

Pay Range: DOE $100,000-115,000
