Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the service team, assign work, coordinate with vendors, and manage make-readies and supply orders to keep properties compliant and well maintained.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of supervisory maintenance experience, five years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair; knowledge of Yardi, Entrata and HappyCo is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in property management preferred.
• Five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service team and assign work including service requests and make-readies.
• Order equipment and supplies in accordance with budget.
• Inspect make-readies prior to move in.
• Maintain property logs (refrigerant, pool chemical, mold).
• Analyze and resolve escalated maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and schedule outside vendors as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to company policies including safety and Fair Housing.
• Conduct interviews and manage performance reviews.
