Role Description

This full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role is based in Summerville, SC and is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations for a residential apartment community. The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates, assigns, and reviews daily work orders, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities include performing and supervising routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas; diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; and ensuring units are ready for move-in through efficient turnover processes. The role also requires maintaining inventory of tools and supplies, managing vendor relationships, and enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance. The Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with property management to support resident satisfaction, respond to service requests, and uphold cleanliness and curb appeal throughout the community.
