Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Legend Flats community. You will oversee all maintenance operations, respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met, in collaboration with the Community Manager.

This role emphasizes daily onsite presence, inspecting grounds and buildings, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a proactive maintenance program to protect the property's value

Qualifications

• Regular at-site attendance is required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work orders and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and units.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and procure maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life and minimize repairs.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. The Maintenance Supervisor works alongside the Community Manager in ensuring the responsibility of overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property.
