Ranew's Mgmt in Milner, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of facility technicians on 1st shift. Responsibilities include planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for production lines and facility systems to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires prior maintenance management experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a starting hourly pay of $20–$26, with opportunities for a performance bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintenance supervisory experience required.
• Experience overseeing maintenance for production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Leadership/hiring mentoring of technicians preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and oversee their execution.
• Lead daily/weekly operations, track progress and deadlines.
• Plan and supervise repairs and preventive maintenance for facility and lines.
• Develop capital spending plans and oversee cost savings initiatives.
• Mentor technicians to achieve department and facility goals.
• Maintain PM program and conduct internal audits.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
