Ingerman Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities at our Kentucky properties, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

You will supervise a small team, coordinate contractors, respond to work orders, and handle on-call emergencies while upholding safety standards and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of experience as a residential maintenance technician is required.
• Two years of supervising 2–3 team members.
• HVAC certification is a plus; EPA certification preferred.
• OSHA knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities across property/properties and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and building components.
• Inspect grounds and facilities, including janitorial duties as needed.
• Supervise contractors and inspect their work for quality.
• Respond to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
