Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cincinnati, OH facility on a 2-month contract. The role leads mechanics and electricians, drives preventive maintenance, and partners with site leadership to boost equipment reliability and safety.

The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and offers growth into planning or scheduling roles. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, SAP experience, and proven leadership across levels, with the ability to work a 13-hour 7:00 AM–7:00

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with related work experience.
• Experience with plant maintenance or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across shifts and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics and electricians to execute preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations Managers to implement improvements.
• Report to the Maintenance Manager and support career growth into planners or schedulers.
