Live Bryten at Ekos at Arbor Park in North Port, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team and uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. You will coordinate repairs, manage preventive maintenance, supervise make-ready, inspect facilities, and collaborate with vendors while on-call for emergencies.

A strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical background and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or vocational training.
3+ years in building, facilities, or property maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team while promoting safety and service.
Prioritize service requests and preventive maintenance to ensure timely completion.
Oversee apartment make-ready operations and occupancy readiness.
Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general systems.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and systems to ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors and management on projects and capital improvements.
Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and work orders.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
