Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians across Columbus facilities and partner with DC Operations, engineers, and contractors to deliver reliable maintenance strategies.

You will oversee short- and long-term maintenance plans, ensure facilities and assets stay operational, and report to the Manager of Maintenance. This role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance technicians.
• Experience with material handling systems, conveyors, HVAC, electrical, and building infrastructure.
• Proficient in CMMS reporting and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Ability to balance short- and long-term maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Support operating procedures for material handling systems, conveyors, vehicles, electrical, HVAC, building and grounds.
• Use CMMS reporting to prioritize proactive and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure operational readiness by balancing short-term needs with long-term strategies.
• Manage vendor and contractor partnerships, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes for maintenance needs.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to drive team growth.
