• Evaluate priorities to maintain operational readiness and opportunities for long-term improvements
• Create, read and interpret CMMS reporting for proactive prioritization
• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Manage performance and provide feedback for improvements
• Follow department purchasing and invoicing procedures
