Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility maintenance activities in our distribution environment. You will collaborate with DC Operations, engineers, contractors and leadership to implement maintenance strategies and ensure uptime.

You will oversee maintenance technicians, read CMMS reports, manage purchasing and invoicing, and drive continuous improvement while upholding VSCo values and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a related Industrial Maintenance environment.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Information Systems related to Purchasing and Inventory.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a matrix organization and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DC Operations, Engineers, contractors and leadership to support maintenance strategies.
• Provide oversight to maintain facilities infrastructure and assets.
• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Read and interpret CMMS reporting for proactive maintenance.
• Manage purchasing and invoicing procedures.
