Job summary

Siemens Fort Worth is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team at the new Fort Worth facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate daily schedules, and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work weekends or overtime as needed at our Fort Worth location. Siemens PLCs experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of validated experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Solid troubleshooting and preventive maintenance capabilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team; assign tasks, mentor, train, and ensure work meets safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists for equipment and conveyors.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent disruptions and optimize performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and tools to ensure availability.
• Coordinate communication between maintenance, engineers, and contractors for daily schedules.
