Zusammenfassung

Equity Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a new apartment community near Greenfield, IN, currently under construction. Phase 1 is complete with 204 units; Phase 2 is underway. Responsibilities include securing buildings, troubleshooting systems, installing fixtures, and supporting ongoing maintenance.

Applicants should have at least two years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and plumbing/electrical skills. HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in routine maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds including electrical and a strong background in plumbing.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required
• HVAC Certification is preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• During construction: secure completed buildings daily prior to tenant move-in and troubleshoot systems not working properly.
• Install light fixtures, hang pictures, assemble furniture, install doors/hardware and connect appliances.
• Organize and equip the maintenance shop and support remodeling as units turn.
• Post-construction: repair/maintain electrical circuits, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain building exteriors, shingles, doors, windows; perform routine maintenance on grounds.
• Work overtime/on-call as needed and communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers and residents.
