Qualifikationen

• Candidates will be required to pass a background and drug screening.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.

Aufgaben

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units.
• Assist with interviewing and training maintenance team personnel.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and other necessary inventory logs.

Kenntnisse

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Self‑motivated with attention to detail

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Ability to maintain positive relationships

Property maintenance/handyman experience

Supervisory experience preferred
