Horizon Realty Advisors in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site property maintenance team and oversee service requests within budget. The role blends hands-on trades with people leadership to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained communities.

You will supervise routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, plan resident turn projects, manage vendor relationships, and uphold preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in student-style turn and turn preparation process preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Train, supervise, and support the Maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance, service response times, and productivity.
• Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner, ensuring quality work and resident satisfaction through follow-ups.
• Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and manage turn planning, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety and OSHA standards.
