Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification is necessary.

• Flexibility to work on weekends is necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring and training of maintenance staff.
