Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in custodial/maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to learn HVAC (CFC certifications required).
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests.
