The role includes managing unit turns, budgeting, vendor relations, and safety program execution. The position offers full-time hours with opportunities for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• EPA Certification required
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction
• Oversee the unit turn process and manage make-ready timelines
• Develop a high-performing service team through coaching and accountability
• Manage budget, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain OSHA/MSDS documents
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and reporting procedures
