Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a property maintenance team across interior and exterior repairs. You will oversee repairs, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, and respond to resident requests with a focus on safety and quality.

You will mentor staff, enforce safety protocols, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with housing laws and OSHA standards. A hands-on leader who can train and develop a high-performing team is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and training skills to mentor maintenance staff.
• Technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• OSHA and regulatory safety knowledge.
• Proficient with maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain market-ready apartments and common areas, including interior/exterior upkeep.
• Oversee routine maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and groundskeeping.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests with a focus on timely resolution.
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance team under the Property Manager.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships for contracted services like landscaping and asphalt work.
• Uphold resident privacy and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal housing laws and OSHA standards.
