Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry with diag and repair skills.
• Proven leadership to mentor maintenance staff and coordinate teams with the Property Manager.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and resident service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and maintenance for move-ins.
• Oversee routine interior and exterior maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff and coach performance with the Property Manager.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships for landscaping, painting, and asphalt work.
• Uphold resident privacy and deliver superior customer service at all times.
• Adhere to housing laws, fair housing regulations, and OSHA standards.
