Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years total maintenance experience.
• Specialized maintenance work across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
• Must be able to work weekends and shift work.
• Knowledge of NHG standards and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance personnel across interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Trains associates, schedules work, checks quality, and develops performance standards.
• Inspects guest rooms daily for NHG standards and creates work orders for repairs.
• Maintains accountability for keys and security of guest rooms.
• Manages department budget and inventory of maintenance supplies.
