Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance and repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• HVAC and plumbing experience essential.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours and lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, utility systems, structures, and grounds.
• Oversee maintenance team and coordinate with Agriculture staff for landscaping.
• Coordinate and supervise major repairs by licensed vendors and report status to management.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures and inspections on equipment.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance and participate in renovation/remodel projects.
