Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• HVAC and plumbing experience essential.

• Must be able to stand for 4 hours and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, utilities, structures, and grounds.
• Oversee maintenance team and coordinate with other staff for common areas.
• Supervise major repairs by licensed vendors and report status to management.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance and procedures.
• Assist with renovations, plaster and drywall repairs, and painting.
