The role requires at least 2 years in a maintenance supervisory position within manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with maintenance management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication equipment and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities with ongoing construction projects.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of parts and equipment, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations.
• Stay abreast of the latest maintenance techniques and technologies, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Handle emergency maintenance tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, reporting on activities and performance to senior management.
