Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college.
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD.
• Ability to work at all levels with clients, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Maintenance Department and implement maintenance programs.
• Act as coach for Maintenance Planners and Leads to enhance performance.
• Support Engineering projects and ensure compliance with Environmental Policy.
• Ensure production of high-quality food products and manage maintenance costs.
• Oversee safety training and compliance with federal and local guidelines.
