Job summary

Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Tulare, CA is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor (Nights) to lead the maintenance department across three shifts, driving preventive and corrective programs, and coaching planning teams. You will collaborate with Engineering on capital projects while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with food-industry experience and proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires broad knowledge in a professional/technical field with a bachelor’s degree.
• Food Industry experience desired.
• Packaging lines and dryer processing experience a plus.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD for project documents.
• Ability to work with clients, vendors and team members at all levels.
• Interpersonal and team skills to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department across three shifts and oversee maintenance programs.
• Coach maintenance planners and leads to improve downtime and PM compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering on capital projects and startups.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
• Manage costs, stockroom, and procurement to optimize operations.
