The role leads technicians and millwrights, with a salary range of $90,400 to $117,500 per year, based on experience. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with 6% match, PTO, holidays, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• 3+ years supervising maintenance in high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming software.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of maintenance staff.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues.
• Document work and maintain maintenance records.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Apply SPC to monitor production quality.
• Keep up with technology trends in maintenance.
