The role offers a $3,000 hiring bonus, starting pay at $32.46 per hour, and opportunities for overtime, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read measuring instruments and work with close tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and modify mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, chains, gears, belts, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical components.
• Use precision measuring instruments with tolerances up to .0010.
