Job summary

The Coca-Cola Consolidated Baltimore location is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and manage a team of technicians. You will oversee emergency and scheduled work, schedule future tasks, and ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

Qualifications include 2 years post-secondary education and 5–7 years in industrial maintenance; experience with PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, and beverage equipment is preferred. Weekend/holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support established maintenance best practices and ISO/KORE standards.
• Manage scheduled and emergency work through direct reports.
• Schedule and provide technical, safety, and system-related training for maintenance team.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver results and meet safety and goals.
• Engage in performance management and continuous improvement to improve asset reliability.
