Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at its Jelly Belly facility in Fairfield, CA. The role oversees a team of Mechanics, assigns daily work orders, and drives preventative maintenance to keep the plant operating safely and at peak efficiency.

The successful candidate will work with operations to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with CAL OSHA, SQF and related standards, and maintain thorough maintenance records for continual process improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Mechanics and assign daily work orders.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and reliability of equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with operations to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Maintain records, generate reports and analyze maintenance data.
• Support cross-functional teams on maintenance projects.
