Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee pass-down issues and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Implement predictive/preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
• Use ERP/CMMS to plan tasks with time, parts, and descriptions.
• Ensure staff understands work practices and procedures.
• Support root cause analysis for breakdowns and maintenance issues.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance development opportunities.
• Maintain records using databases and CMMS systems.
• Remain current with industry regulations and codes.
