We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily activities, oversee equipment reliability, and mentor the maintenance team. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, strong communication, and commitment to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

4+ years in maintenance or related manufacturing roles.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration preferred.
Leadership or team-leading experience.
Ability to read drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

Assign daily jobs and work orders and delegate tasks.
Train and develop maintenance staff.
Ensure timely completion of work orders with high quality.
Perform maintenance on production, processing, and packaging equipment.
Support MRO purchasing and inventory management.
Assist with installation of new equipment.
Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
Document repairs and update SOPs.
