Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our multifamily communities in Arizona. You will manage work orders, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality in all properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, inspecting properties, managing budgets, and reporting to leadership. This role requires strong technical skills, 2+ years of experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to respond to after-hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily residential or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.
• EPA 608 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to perform at a high level.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns to standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and curb appeal.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers; manage budgets.
• Maintain records and report to Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor.
