Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler, and PLCs preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, scheduling, TPM preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety minded; ability to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crews on shift and ensure adherence to policies.
• Lead maintenance mechanics and electricians in PM and repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment, plan and direct work, and resolve issues.
• Develop day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production to schedule repairs and maintain uptime.
• Maintain KPIs for maintenance performance.
• Train staff on methods and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory.
