Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience helpful.
• Must be able to supervise and develop maintenance staff.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and safety programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and train team members.
• Schedule and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and be on-call as needed.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Monitor and manage preventive maintenance sheets and records.
