Job summary

You will coordinate a diverse crew, ensure adherence to standards, develop maintenance programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance supervision in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; able to read electrical blueprints.
• Experience with Lean/5S in a manufacturing setting.
• Extensive experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming software.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of mechanics, electricians, machinists, millwrights, and operators.
• Schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform timely repairs to reduce production interruptions.
• Document standard work and maintenance reports on downtime, costs, and reliability.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Apply SPC methods to monitor production quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on technology advances and industry trends in maintenance.
