South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Gainesville, FL to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the safety and reliability of the community. The role involves supervising staff, scheduling, and maintaining high standards for all buildings and grounds.

You will perform routine maintenance, coordinate on-call coverage, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance. Strong communication with residents, vendors, and the Community Manager is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure property safety and superior resident experiences.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors and maintain preventive maintenance records.
