Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead a maintenance team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and facilities. You will coach staff, manage performance, and drive safety adherence across operations and grounds.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, leading meetings, coordinating parts, and implementing continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma practices. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a skilled maintenance team to support operations, facilities, and grounds.
• Provide coaching and performance management including feedback, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
