Job summary

Hilton in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems while ensuring safe, compliant operations across the property.

You will lead a maintenance team, supervise contractors, respond to service requests, and uphold Hilton’s standards of hospitality, quality, and guest stays through proactive maintenance and clear team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support the maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system
• Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Respond to service requests: Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
