Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee daily operations of the maintenance department in Milwaukee. This role is pivotal in evaluating systems, planning work, and ensuring facilities run smoothly.

You will lead maintenance staff, implement preventive programs, and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption. Flexible scheduling and on-call responsibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems.
• Ability to plan work orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems.
